We will be filming a great kettlebell workout soon, in the mean time here’s a few moves to show you. Yes I ventured out to the snow to show my dedication.

Disregard my first comment about not seeing the video. For some reason I can’t get the video to show up on Firefox, but when I switch over to Google Chrome, it does. Interesting.
I have used this workout for quite a while, mixing it up with other routines, sometimes using it as a circuit workout. I am here today to go through your archives and add on more workouts. I plan to increase the size of the kettle bell set that I work with. However, these “lightweights” definitely give me a punch when I increase the reps and speed of this workout and/or do it circuit style. It will always be a fave for me. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks Lisa – you will have plenty of great choices of workouts – it’s hard for me to pick a favorite!

OMG Yes!! I just watched it there, what an improvement since then?? Here is my first actual workout though – Quick Burn Kettlebell Workout. My snatches are still not the best, but they are MILES better than this! And my speaking has improved ++ too LOL 😛
