My first chin-up was my greatest moment (fitness moment) and I believe everyone should try to improve their upper body strength by including some kind of vertical pulling exercise. Of the vertical pulling options, the Chin-up and Pull-up are the most challenging!
The techniques used to get you to your first Chin-up can also be applied to the Pull-up.
