My central business mission is to meet my clients where they are at on their fitness journey. My speciality is tailoring and matching you with the approaches that will yield the most bang for your buck. That means getting the personal back in Personal Training!!
When I first started on my own training journey, I wasted so much time and emotional energy not finding what I needed to build the body and mindset I desired for success. There was something missing from the puzzle. What I needed was a coach who understood and cared about ME.
This is your journey and you deserve the best. To honour that, I need to know more about you and your goals/expectations so that I can offer you the most appropriate coaching package or program that I will bring out the best in you. Fitness will no longer be just a thing you try to do; fitness will become an expression of who you are!
I am a highly dedicated coach and accountability partner to those I choose to work with, which is why I’m very careful about selecting people to support and train through their fitness journey. Spaces for Online Coaching are always limited but I truly hope that I can be your coach!

Here’s how to apply (give yourself 10-15 mins for this process):

1. Request a free consultation by selecting a date and time that best suits you. NOTE: If you don’t want a direct consultation, just select a date and time anyway but indicate in “additional comments” on the form that you prefer to communicate via email. (This is valuable information which helps me match you with a coaching option that best meets your needs).

2. After the scheduling request, fill in the Training Application Form which appears during the scheduling process (this form is very detailed and takes about 10-15 mins to fill in).

After I review your application, I will be in touch via email within 24 hours with a confirmation of our call or other recommendation.

As I only take a MAX of 10 clients at a time, sometimes there can be a wait: If you are happy to be placed on a waiting list, please indicate in the “Additional comments” box on the application form.
