Lovely words! Thank you! I needed this I left a message when you first had your birth story up about my similar trials and tribulations with breastfeeding and sleep and guilt all the things! It was comforting to know I wasn’t alone. And here you are again speaking from my heart how I’ve felt about my “journey” back to the fit person I used to be. I need to remember these words it’s “the journey not the destination...” I too felt like “what’s the point..?”, “I can only go to the gym 2-3 times a week if I’m lucky I’ll get no where with that...” It’s poison to feel this way day in and day out. But knowing there’s others out there who have similar situations makes it manageable and even allows me to push those thoughts aside and think “how I can do this...?” Instead if “I can’t...” because I’m seeing someone who is/has! Thank you! Lots of love!
