That&#039;s right. I keep my thumb facing forward. Steve Cotter taught me this and it helps reduce the tug on my forearm and keep my shoulder in a better position for the swing through :)  It&#039;s a preference, but it can make it easier to keep your elbow from flaring out to the side, too.]]></description>
