I&#039;ve watched your videos for a couple of years now and learned so much great info on kettlebell training. I&#039;ve recently enjoyed your posts on pain as I experiance my share of it (C4-5 damagege from motorcycle accident). You are a great inspiration. As for meditation, it works. My teenage son suffers from depression and was so doped up to prevent anxiety attacks he could hardly function in school. It broke mine and my wife&#039;s heart to see him that way. Then a holistic provider taught him to meditate when he was anxious and he was slowly able to come off all medication. Also, I see you&#039;re cat lover. My Siamese, God rest his soul, was my animal guide on this planet. Cats rule but Pugs are a close second]]></description>
